This gorgeous 1967 Chevrolet Chevelle SS396 is a true 138vin Super Sport that has undergone a frame up restoration. It is powered by a period correct 396ci that has been fully built. It has been bored .60 over and equipped aluminum heads, a roller cam, roller rockers, Holley 750 carburetor, Edelbrock aluminum intake manifold, and Hei ignition. The 396ci motor is powered by a Muncie M21 4-speed manual transmission with a new Zoom clutch and flywheel, pushrods and guide plates and is backed by a new Ford 9in rear axle with posi traction. This Chevelle has a new Vintage Air system installed. It has full dual exhaust with Flowmaster long tube headers and mufflers that are stainless steel. This '67 is equipped with power steering, power 4 wheel disc brakes with dual master cylinder, new tie rods, QA1 coil over shocks front and rear, QA1 suspension, new aluminum radiator with dual electric fans, all new AAW wiring with updated fuse box, new BF Goodrich Radial T/A tires, new rally wheels with center cap and beauty ring, and aftermarket radio. It features an all-new interior with black bucket seats, black carpet, and a new black headliner and all-new chrome molding, weather-stripping and emblems. The red exterior paint is also fresh and shows very well. Chrome bumpers are also in excellent condition. This Chevelle was purchased in 2019 from Barrett Jackson Palm Beach Auction then was again rebuilt to owners specifications. This is a true turn key muscle car ready for a new owner.
